Unauthorized use of company equipment violates employment rules and may constitute misappropriation. Whether termination is valid depends on: severity (frequency, duration, scale), actual damage, consistency with past disciplinary actions, and whether you were given a chance to explain (Labor Contract Act Art. 15, 16). Occasional use may make termination disproportionate, but prolonged profitable use may justify it. Criminal embezzlement (Art. 253) risk also exists.
