Within warranty, you get free repair or replacement. Even without warranty, you can claim repair or replacement from the seller.

Warranty covers free repair/replacement. Without warranty, contract non-conformity liability (Art. 562) allows repair, replacement, price reduction, or damages. Consumer contracts cannot fully exempt seller liability (Art. 8-1-5). Notify within 1 year of discovery.
