The "earn ¥500K in 5 minutes" claim constitutes "misrepresentation" (Consumer Contract Act Art. 4(1)(i)) or "definitive judgment" (Art. 4(1)(ii)), allowing contract cancellation and refund. May also qualify for 20-day cooling-off under Specified Commercial Transactions Act Art. 51.
