The 2022 amended Specified Commercial Transactions Act requires clear disclosure of subscription terms on final confirmation screens (Art. 12-6) and allows cancellation for misleading displays (Art. 15-4). Consumer Contract Act Art. 4(2) also allows cancellation for non-disclosure of disadvantageous facts. If calls don't connect: send cancellation via registered mail, consult Consumer Affairs (#188), request credit card payment suspension. This is an enforcement priority area.
