Selling counterfeits constitutes fraud (Art. 96 cancellation, Criminal Code Art. 246) and Trademark Act violation. For credit card payments: assert "defense connection" under Installment Sales Act Art. 30-4/30-5-2 to refuse payment; and/or request chargeback under card brand rules. Submit photos, purchase screenshots, and communication attempts to the card company. Also file a police report.
