Personal

Personal & Civil Matters

For the everyday legal issues of daily life, we offer clear, approachable guidance — even if it is your first time consulting a lawyer. It is fine not to know where to start.

Overview

Inheritance, divorce, and employment troubles are not things most people face many times in a lifetime, and it is normal not to know where to begin. Dealing directly with the other side while your feelings are still unsettled is hard. We start by listening carefully, then organize the issues and the options open to you one by one. After you engage us, in principle we act as the point of contact with the other party, reducing the burden of dealing with them directly. Where talks do not resolve the matter, we handle the legal procedures — mediation and litigation — through to the end.

How we help

What we can do

Inheritance & Wills

From division-of-estate talks and mediation to drafting wills, renunciation, and claims for a statutory share — both preparation before disputes and response once they arise.

Divorce & Family

From negotiating terms — custody, child support, division of property, damages — through to mediation and litigation. We take particular care where children are involved.

Employment

Claiming unpaid overtime, responding to unfair dismissal, and harassment — supporting workplace troubles from the organization of evidence onward.

Traffic Accidents

Settlement, compensation, and matters involving disability grading — starting from checking whether the amount offered is fair.

Debt Relief

Sorting through the options — negotiated settlement, rehabilitation, or bankruptcy — according to your circumstances, and planning a workable recovery together.

Our approach

It is fine not to know where to start. We listen first, then organize the outlook and the options open to you, together.

How it works

From consultation to resolution

01

First consultation (30 min, free)

We listen carefully first. Even if you do not know where to start, we organize the issues and the way forward one step at a time.

02

Plan & estimate

We set out the outlook, the available options, and the fees in writing. We move on only once you are comfortable.

03

Negotiation & procedure

After you engage us, in principle we act as the point of contact with the other party, reducing the burden of dealing with them directly.

04

Mediation or litigation (if needed)

Where talks do not resolve the matter, we proceed to legal steps such as mediation or litigation, sharing the outlook at each stage.

05

Resolution & aftercare

We stay with you through any procedures needed after resolution and check that what was agreed is being honored, until the matter is truly closed.

Typical requests

For example, we take on requests like these. If you are unsure whether your situation fits, please just tell us.

We are in dispute over dividing an estate, or I want to make a will

I want a divorce and need advice on custody, support, and property division

My overtime is unpaid, or I was unfairly dismissed

I want to know whether a traffic-accident settlement offer is fair

I want to restructure my debts

About fees

The first 30 minutes are free. We propose a retainer plus success fee, or time-based billing, according to the matter. We always provide a written estimate before starting, with no unclear charges later, and will discuss payment arrangements as your situation requires.
