Marital costs are based on Art. 760 and the Court Calculation Table. Housing loan payments are a reduction factor. If the husband pays the loan for the wife's residence, roughly 10-20% of the calculated amount may be deducted as housing cost equivalent. Full deduction isn't allowed (loans also build assets). The specific reduction depends on both incomes, loan amount, and housing costs. If mediation fails, it goes to adjudication.
