Returns for unmet expectations are limited, but if no return policy is stated, you can return within 8 days.

No cooling-off for online shopping. But if no return policy is stated, returns within 8 days are allowed (buyer pays shipping, Art. 15-3). Defective or misrepresented products are covered by non-conformity liability (Art. 562). Full liability exemption is void.
